Staying Well! Immune Support Tips & Tricks

Many of you have asked what you can do to stay well or support your health in the face of the current CoVid-19 virus. Honestly, the virus is too new and there are too many questions for anyone to have definitive answers. However, we do know that commonsense precautions ALWAYS prevail, and is the current advice being offered by healthcare agencies and officials. This starts with the basics of washing-hands, getting rest, exercise, drinking water, eating well, breathing fresh air, and staying home if you’re sick (if you are able). Please also be aware that not everyone who sneezes has coronavirus…so please also be a kind human.

So you might be doing all that already, plus you bought all the canned goods and toilet paper you can reasonable store, now what?! Here are some of our tried and true tips & tricks for supporting your immune system.

  1. Immune nourishing soups and teas are a great way to support your immune systems balance. Add mushrooms and astragalus to soup stock for their profound tonic benefits. If you already make a daily tea you can add respiratory & immune allies like astragulus, elderberry, reishi, or mullein in for a little extra support.
