Build your knowledge of herbal medicine one beautiful plant at a time. We will cover folklore, energetics, constituents/actions, medicine making, aromatherapy, gardening/wildcrafting, indications/contraindications, and formulating. We will also explore the following plants, during their seasonal and planetary relationship.
- February Dandelion (Pisces/Jupiter)
- March Nettles (Aries/Mars)
- April Motherwort, (Taurus/Venus)
- May Licorice (Gemini/Mercury)
- June Rose, (Cancer/Moon)
- July Chamomile (Leo/Sun)
- August Lavender (Virgo/Mercury)
Each class we will experience the plants in different ways as oils, extracts, teas, seeds, as well as provide you samples to take home and a plant zine to add to your herbal library.
Cost: Drop-in $35/class or $175 for the series
