She is dedicated to helping women on their healing journeys by supporting them in going within and examining themselves. Alma's specialty is in studying the shadow of our psyche. Most people live their lives avoiding these dark, orphaned, disowned aspects of themselves contained within their shadow. What she has found is that often times these same people are missing out on their own gold, truth and full potential. We all have hidden treasure contained within ourselves, it's what makes us unique, powerful and instead of claiming it we dance around it, try to fit in, and live lives that feel unfulfilled, frustrating and stagnant. She helps you get to the root of the old beliefs, thoughts, and stories that are keeping you stuck, freeing you up to live a more inspired joyful life. Alma has studied with The Ford Institute to become a shadow coach, she also incorporates tools from her other studies in varying subjects such as, vulnerability and the art of feeling your emotions, pleasure, movement, owning your story, mindfulness, and spirituality to name a few. A session with Alma can be incredibly eye-opening and transformative.
Every session with Rachel begins with entering into a co-creative space of magic and healing. Drawing from a variety of modalities Rachel creates custom sessions that nourish soul and psyche.
Using a combination of tarot, Reiki, shamanic journey, and sound healing, these sessions balance and align chakras, tug at the subconscious to reveal messages from your higher self and promote deep healing.
