February Recipes:

Some of our yummiest recipes for February will be featured in our Passion Potions class, but if you can't make it here are a few to try out.  Enjoy!

Rose Petal Sugar Cookies

2 ½ cups Organic Unbleached Flour
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
1 cup Brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 cup organic butter
2 Organic eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Rose Water (optional)
½ cup Crushed Rose Petals
Extra Rose petals to sprinkle on top

  • Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and rose petals
  • Mix sugar and butter
  • Add vanilla, eggs, and rose water to sugar and butter mixture
  • Mix dry ingredients into wet.     Do not overmix.
  • Form 1 inch balls on oiled cookie sheet.  Sprinkle with extra rose petals.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes in 300 degree preheated oven.
  • Place on a cool surface immediately after baking.

Kava Kava Honey Cordial

12oz of Water
14oz Can of Coconut milk
2oz Kava Kava root
1 tbsp/ 1 inch Ginger
2 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Clove
1 Tbsp Cardamom
1 Tbsp Vanilla extrac
Honey to taste

  • Add all the dried herbs to the water and let simmer for 10-20 minutes
  • Strain out herbs.
  • Return to heat and add coconut milk until warm.
  • Add honey and vanilla
  • Enjoy!
